Check-up Presentation Instructions

3 is a preferable group size for the final project.
- Participation in this check-up is worth 50 points.
Tips: It is up to each team to determine how to divide the work for this check-up session; however, EVERYONE must present via Adobe Connect - this means that the class should hear every person on the team - you should all utilize the Share Screen function, microphone, and/or the webcam at some point in the 10 minute time period. I strongly suggest meeting in person with your team to present in order to allow everyone to use the same setup - this will minimize delays in waiting for someone to start their microphone/camera or to pull things up on their own screen. I also suggest having at least two laptops in your group logged in to the session - just in case something goes wrong with one. When working with technology, you always need a plan B...and C and D don't hurt either!
To prepare:
You may also want to go here to test your connections and try out the features in an actual AC environment. It is a playground on Adobe Connect that I created for you to try it out as presenters without me giving you rights.
